PNW Regional Chili Cookoff grows from Washington State Chili Cookoff! How HOT ?? is that! Winners advance in qualifying categories advance to national and world championships. Saturday is BBQ, Live Fire is Sunday, Chili is both days. Shop vendors, food vendors including the "Hot House" with hot sauces, other sauces and more. Select your wood design and paint with Cassie. Lots to shop and enjoy. Beer Garden. All to support area charities including those impacted by the apartment house fire Monday, August 24.
