Writers' Critique Group
The Longview Public Library is hosting a writers? critique group for fiction and nonfiction writers in the new year.
Beginning January 25, 2025, the group will meet on the fourth Saturday of each month, 10 am to 12 pm, at the library. The purpose of the group is to provide support, encouragement, and feedback on participants? writing.
The group is free and open to the adult public, for published and unpublished writers of all genres, including novels, short stories, plays, memoirs, and flash fiction.
People are encouraged to register beforehand by contacting Jacob Cole, Library Director at Jacob.Cole@ci.longview.wa.us or by calling 360.442.5309. Everyone is welcome to attend the first session to see if the program is right for them.
Alan Rose, who coordinates the monthly WordFest events, will facilitate the discussions as they get started.
